Orion Management Inc.’s office is in Calgary and the staff consists of management, a receptionist, bookkeeper, and an accountant. In Lethbridge, we have a manager who oversees rental collections and daily coordination. The Orion Management Inc. maintenance staff consists of two people in Calgary, and four people in Lethbridge. Our maintenance staff handles virtually all aspects of maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, heating, appliance repairs, locks, and all other maintenance concerns. Orion Management Inc. contracts its services to each property on an hourly basis.

Due to the knowledge of its staff Orion Management Inc. is capable of completing multi-tasks, versus that of a single specialized trade. This in turn reflects savings to the property and as a result of the family ties in the organization, we are constantly striving to maximize value.

We negotiate quantity purchases on paint, flooring, materials, parts, waste removal, insurance, elevator contracts, etc. We ensure suites are rent-ready, and competitively priced to maximise value to residents.

In addition Orion Management Inc. employs contract painters for suite painting, contract carpet installers and suite cleaning personnel.
