At the present time, Orion Management Inc. manages 822 suites consisting of 15 projects:

• 9 in Lethbridge.

In addition, Orion Management Inc. also manages the office building that houses our offices.

All Investments Ltd. is the common owner/investor in all of our projects.

In addition to the above, Orion Management Inc. manages two condominium projects:

• 2850-51 Street S.W. Calgary (60 units)
• 617-56 Avenue S.W. Calgary (44units)

With respect to the number of employees between full time and part time staff it is in the area of 30 people, plus contract labor.

Orion Management has a resident manager on location at each apartment site. Managers are on site to offer assistance to all resident concerns. It is Orion Managements policy to respond to your residential concerns within 24 hours.

All suites under Orion Management are clean and functional at the time of renting. All apartments under Orion Management are conveniently located to bus, shopping, parks, schools etc.
